Happy Wednesday everyone! Our lesson for today is to think of our fitness program as a long term investment in the Stock Market (in good times of course)....Meaning each day is going to have ups and downs just like the SM. But, it's the long-term gradual increase that yields our returns. Same as with fitness. We are going to have days that we just aren't up to our best, or we get side tracked and indulge. Instead of crashing permanently and continue to head in the negative direction, we can collect ourselves and get right back on track. Don't beat yourself up for these little lapses...Instead, celebrate your successes each day and strive to be consistent over time. This of course will yield these long-term results....It's Consistency, not Perfection.
