Tip #2: Get 5!

Basic Nutrition Rule...Get 5!
We want to get at least 5 Fruits and Vegetables per day!  This is a combination of both, so if you have one banana (for example), then you have four more servings to go.  We can all do this and it's important as F & Vs are full of goodness that help our bodies stay healthy.  Check the article below, Get 5 and Keep it Rolling!
